General Booking Information
Each pitch entitles entry for two exhibitors and
one vehicle. If we cannot place you on the pitch of
your choice, we reserve the right to allocate you an
alternative pitch.
IACF utilises Third Party Payment Services to conduct
card payment processing whereby consumer date
will be transmitted via Third Party Systems in order
to validate the transaction. All data will be encrypted
for security purposes and that you consent to this
transaction being conducted in accordance to the
terms agreed upon by IACF.
Post-dated payments by cheque or credit or debit
card are taken one calendar month prior to the date
of the fair. Cheques must be made payable to IACF.
NB: Cheque payments cannot be accepted if received
within 2 weeks of a fair.
If you are paying by cheque or credit card and the
name on the cheque or card is different to the name
on the booking, we will require you to give us the full
name and address of the cheque issuer of debit or
credit card holder. This is done on the booking form
and is mandatory.
Receipt of payment and confirmation of booking
is not acknowledged (unless requested) until you
receive your tickets and receipt 10 or 12 days before
the fair. The top part of your ticket is your receipt.
Please detach this before displaying the ticket in your
vehicle.
Should there be any outstanding balances or queries,
tickets will be retained and made available for

collection upon arrival at the fair. All settlements
made on the day must be in cash.
The deadline for cancelling a booking is one calendar
month prior the fair, and all cancellations must be
given in writing. See our terms and conditions for full
details.
If your tickets do not arrive, please telephone the
office to confirm your booking. Do not wait until the
day of the fair and arrive without tickets.
IACF is not responsible for the loss of tickets posted.
Any stallholders arriving without tickets will be
required to purchase another set (cash only). If both
sets of tickets are returned, we will send a refund.
Tickets for late bookings, i.e. up to seven days before
the fair, will be automatically held at the gate for
collection on arrival.
We will only accept cash or card payment at the
gate. Any bookings taken over the telephone will
be accepted subject to IACF normal business terms
and conditions contained at the back of this booklet
and are also available upon request and on our
website. Any person booking a pitch will be deemed
to have done so in accordance with these terms and
conditions.
Only antiques and justifiably collectable goods may
be sold at the fairs. Reproductions by arrangement
with IACF. Anyone who has not booked sufficient
pitches to accommodate their stock, vehicle and
caravan or trailer (if applicable) will not be allowed
into the fair and no refunds will be given.
